🎄💪 Training through Christmas & New Year? Yep — we’re in! 💪🎄
The festive season doesn’t mean hitting pause on looking after your body. Training through Christmas and New Year is all about keeping routines, staying mobile, and feeling good — not smashing PBs between pavlova and leftovers 😄
A few sessions over this period can:
✔️ Keep strength and balance ticking along
✔️ Help manage stiffness after long lunches and travel
✔️ Make getting back into routine in January so much easier
We’re only closed on public holidays — otherwise it’s business as usual. Show up, move well, have a laugh, then go enjoy the celebrations 🎅
