South West Strength & Conditioning Welcome to CrossFit South West Sydney You may notice that we’re a little bit different to your typical gym. There’s no machines, no mirrors and no Zumba.

Instead we have Barbells, Kettlbells, Truck Tires and Climbing Ropes. At our gym you wont have to worry about making too much noise, dropping weights or feeling like you're out of place. Our Deadlift Competition is open to everyone — members and the public. Whether you’re chasing a new PB or just want to be part of a high-energy night, this is one you don’t want to miss.

🏋️♂️ How it works:

3 lifts to put a number on the board
+1 BONUS lift if you’re feeling good (4 total)
Bar increases in 2.5kg jumps, starting at 20kg
Warm-up bars ready before you step up

💰 Entry: $50
🏆 Prizes: Top 3 Male & Female

Think you’ve got a big pull in you? Time to prove it.

We’re throwing down for our Deadlift Competition and it’s open to ALL athletes — in-house and the public. Whether you’re chasing a PB or just keen for a crack, this is your night.

🏋️♂️ The Details:

3 lifts per athlete
+1 BONUS attempt to nail that PB (4 total)
Rising bar in 2.5kg jumps (starting at 20kg)
Warm-up bars available before you lift

💰 Entry: $50
🏆 Prizes: 1st, 2nd & 3rd (Male & Female)
