Palm Sunday commemorates when Jesus entered Jerusalem and was greeted by people waving palm branches. This event serves as a reminder for Christians to welcome Jesus into their hearts and be ready to follow Him.

The Palm Sunday service also includes a reading of the Passion, which narrates the story of Jesus' suffering and crucifixion. Jesus entered the city knowing He would be tried and crucified and welcomed His fate to rise from the grave and save us from sin. Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy week the remembrance of Jesus' last days.

Today is Say Their Name Day

Today, we come together as a community to honour Say Their Name Day, a day to gently remember and speak the names of all the babies and children who are no longer with us.

No matter the cause, no matter the age, every life matters. Every name holds a story, a memory, and a love that lives on. Today, and always, we hold these children in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers, and say their names with love and care.
To the families who carry this grief, you are not alone. We see you, we honour your children, and we walk beside you.

If you would like to share your baby’s name with us today, please feel free to do so in the comments or message us privately. We would be honoured to say their name with you.

Today we celebrate Harmony Day, a time to recognise the beauty of diversity within our community and the importance of being kind, respectful, and caring to one another.

No matter our background, culture or beliefs, kindness is something we all share. A simple smile, a helping hand or a moment of understanding can make someone feel seen, valued and included.

Harmony starts with each of us, choosing compassion, showing respect, and caring for those around us.

Everyone belongs 🧡

On International Day of Happiness, we’re reminded that happiness can be found in simple things, a shared memory, a kind word, a familiar face, or time spent with loved ones. Even in difficult seasons, moments of warmth and connection matter. 💛
