Only a few days left — and just 5kms to go! 🩵

To everyone who has donated or shown support along the way — thank you so much. It truly means more than you know.

This month Erin has been taking part in One Foot Forward to show people living with mental illness that they are not alone. This cause is incredibly close to her heart — not only because she has experienced postpartum anxiety herself, but also in honour of those She has cared for, and those she has known personally, who have sadly lost their lives to su***de.

There have been days where she has felt completely exhausted or struggled to find motivation, but each step has reminded me why Erin started — to honour those we’ve lost, to support those still fighting, and to remind others (and herself) that it’s okay to reach out, take a breath, and keep going — one step at a time.

1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year, which is why I’m walking and raising funds for the Black Dog Institute. Every dollar helps continue their vital work — providing research, education and digital mental health tools to those who need them most.

Thank you to everyone who attended today’s Mass — a gentle and heartfelt time to pause, reflect, and honour the precious babies and children who live forever in our hearts.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Fr Feleki and the St Mary MacKillop Catholic Parish Oran Park their warmth, compassion and care in hosting this special service. Our appreciation also goes to Grief Care for the incredible support they continue to offer to families navigating loss, and to Margaret Glynn and family for their beautiful singing that brought such comfort and grace to the service.

Each candle lit, each name spoken, and each quiet moment shared was a reminder that although our little ones may no longer be in our arms, they remain forever part of our stories and our hearts.

To every family who joined us today — thank you for your presence, strength, and love. May we continue to walk together with compassion and hope, holding space for one another and remembering those we love a

Pregnancy, Infant and Child Loss Mass

This Mass is lovingly offered in partnership with Catholic Cemeteries + Crematoria, Grief Care, Kenneally's Funerals, and St Mary MacKillop Catholic Parish Oran Park

Please join us for a Mass of remembrance for families who have experienced the heartbreaking loss of a pregnancy, infant, or child.

This sacred gathering offers a space to honour, reflect, and pray for those little lives lost too soon.

This month, Erin is walking One Foot Forward for mental health — supporting Australians impacted by mental illness and su***de.

So far, she has walked 30km of my 40km goal, with just 10km to go!

Each step is a reminder of the importance of connection, conversation, and care — for ourselves and for one another.

The Black Dog Institute continues to lead the way in mental health research, education and community programs, making a real difference in people’s lives.
