Help slow its progression with these simple tips:
🌞 Spend 2+ hours outdoors daily
📱 Limit screen time & take regular breaks (20-20-20 rule)
📖 Keep reading material at least 30 cm away
💡 Use proper lighting
👓 Get regular eye checkups
