Our latest workshop, "The Power Within: A Workshop for Healing and Growth" will run for 4 weeks (commencing on October 16th or 17th - TBC) via Zoom.

Following this, there will be an option to continue attending the group each week for further recovery learning opportunities, ongoing connection with peers, and general support.

It’s natural to feel a little hesitant about asking ‘are you OK?’ It can feel awkward or too personal. And you might worry about what you will do or say if the answer is ‘no, I’m not OK’?

Women's Health Week - 1-5 September 2025

Women’s Health Week is Australia’s largest event dedicated to the health and wellbeing of all women, girls and gender-diverse people.

WILMA is so excited to have facilitated the amazing team from Consent Labs to deliver their 'Consent Fundamentals' program to year 10 and 11 students at Thomas Reddall High School today.

Consent Labs teaches the 'Affirmative Consent' model to support young women and men to enjoy healthy and respectful relationships.

Pictured here with facilitators Janice and Natalia, I couldn't help but note how applicable the skills and info provided are to me, even now (...a long time since I was at high school).

I'm looking forward to the follow-up sessions to be held in October.
