Mums & Bubs Yoga is a gentle place for new mothers and their babies to land.
These Mums & Bubs Yoga sessions are designed to support your postnatal recovery while helping you reconnect with your body, your baby and yourself during this tender season of motherhood.
Classes include slow, nourishing movement to gently stretch and strengthen the postnatal body, alongside guided baby massage to support bonding and calm for both mama and bub.
Sessions are held in a warm, welcoming space and facilitated by a fully qualified Postpartum Yoga Instructor, Birth Doula and Postnatal Doula, with extensive training in postnatal care and the sacred postpartum period. Your body and your baby are supported with knowledge, care and intention.
This is also a space to get out of the house, connect with other women, feel held in community and be exactly as you are. Babies are welcome to feed, sleep, cry and move freely.
Places are intentionally limited to keep the space calm and supportive. Early booking is recommended.
A beautiful, grounding ritual for postpartum life. One that every new mother deserves.
