Back at your desk and already feeling tight?
Small posture habits can make a big difference to how your body feels during the workday.

Support your spine now, so you’re not paying for it later.

1️⃣ Chair Position: Choose a supportive chair. Adjust your chair so your feet are flat on the floor, knees at a 90° angle, and hips slightly higher than your knees.
2️⃣ Screen Height: Position your screen at arm’s length, with the top at or just below eye level.
3️⃣ Keyboard & Mouse: Keep them close to your body, with your wrists straight and elbows at a 90° angle. Keep your shoulders relaxed and use a light touch.
4️⃣ Desk: Clear space under your desk for your legs. Adjust desk or chair height so your thighs are parallel to the floor. Use a footrest if needed.
5️⃣ Take Breaks: Stand, stretch, and move every 30–60 minutes to prevent stiffness and improve circulation.
