Some see it as a weakness in themselves but in reality, 1 in 3 will experience mental health issues in their lifetime. I tell my clients if their mattress is more than 10 years old, then replace it. Otherwise for good health and a better night's sleep you should rotate or flip your mattress every 3 to 6 months.

I encourage my clients suffering from muscular pain, arthritis, body stiffness, poor blood flow, high bp, obesity, depression, etc. to take the time for a daily 30-minute walk. Do it at your own pace, take it easy maybe start at 10 minutes, and of course if you have any concerns always consult with your doctor. A massage is of great benefit but it is what you do between treatments that contributes greatly to the recovery/healing process of your body. Take care and be good to yourselves.
