First day of psychology placement… done! ✅️
Today I had the absolute joy of stepping into a high school setting for my very first day as a psychology placement student—and I honestly couldn't be more grateful. Schools really are living, breathing communities, and I already feel so lucky to be a small part of it.
The day was full of introductions, observations, and learning all the systems and processes that support student wellbeing. And tomorrow, I get to do it all again—but this time in a primary school!
Naturally, it was my mission to show up as my colourful, vibrant, quirky, pink-coordinated self—complete with floral pants, pink glasses, and lots of energy to match. Because why not sprinkle a little joy into the halls, right? 😜
For those who’ve followed my journey over the past 8 years—you know this moment is huge. It’s been a long, winding road, but I’m finally here.
Thank you to every single person who has encouraged, empowered, and supported me along the way. I carry your belief in me as I step into this exciting new chapter. 💕
