There are days when the human side of me wonders if I’m doing enough, and then there are days when the Spirit world steps in to remind me exactly why I was given these gifts. 🌿✨

Recently, I had a moment during a video call that stopped me in my tracks and reaffirmed my path as a psychic medium in the most beautiful way. As I was connecting with my client's energy, I felt her Nan step forward. She was so clear and so insistent, showing me a very specific, vivid image of a vintage, hand-carved wooden music box.

I mentioned it to the client, explaining that I could see this music box and felt her Nan was referring to it directly. My client’s face lit up, and she reached just off-camera to pick something up. She held it up to the screen—it was that exact music box.

She told me she had kept it right next to her throughout the session, silently hoping her Nan would come through and acknowledge it as a sign that she was still with her. Seeing that physical confirmation through the screen was a powerful reminder that energy knows no distance. It wasn't just about the "hit"—it was about the bridge of love being built in real-time.

Seeing the pure relief and the flood of peace that washed over her was all the confirmation I ever needed. It reminded me that I am simply the vessel for these messages, and when we trust the process, the healing that follows is life-changing.

In a world that is constantly pulling our energy in a thousand different directions, finding a way to come back to center isn't just a luxury—it’s a necessity. For me, that grounding anchor is my Morning Foot Soak & Grounding Ritual. 🌿✨

Working with energy and connecting with spirit all day means I have to be incredibly intentional about how I "reset" my own field. Every morning, before I open my laptop or pick up a deck, I take ten minutes to soak my feet in warm water with Himalayan salt and lavender.

As I sit there, I visualise any "static" or heavy energy from the day before draining out of my body and into the salt water. I imagine roots growing from the soles of my feet deep into the earth, anchoring me firmly into the present moment. It’s a simple, physical act that reminds my nervous system: You are safe, you are held, and you are here.

When we aren't grounded, our intuition can feel like a fuzzy radio station. When we take the time to anchor ourselves, that connection becomes crystal clear. Self-care isn't always about spa days; sometimes it’s just about the five minutes you spend reclaiming your own energy.

My Go-To Grounding Tips:

Barefoot walking: Stepping onto actual grass or soil for 5 minutes.

Salt Baths: Salt is a natural energetic neutralizer.

Breathwork: Focusing on the "exhale" to release pent-up tension.
