Protecting your energy isn't just a spiritual practice—it’s essential self-care! Here are 5 simple ways to shield your vibration every single day:
1. Grounding: Spend 5 minutes with your bare feet on the earth or visualise roots growing from your feet into the centre of the world. This sheds "heavy" energy you’ve picked up.
2. The Golden Bubble: Before leaving the house, visualise a sphere of golden light surrounding you. Intend that only love and light can enter, and anything else must bounce off.
3. Setting Boundaries: Learn to say "no" to things that drain you. Protecting your time and space is the ultimate form of energetic protection.
