Here we have my Client Adam, the infamous shadow boxer and soon to wear the almighty Power suit.
Adam has been working with me for a couple of Months now and he has lost 32kg!. But don’t get me wrong, Adam has been putting in the hard work and consistency
And had the team always backing him up. always there to help encourage him during his hard sessions or in general Giving out Gun nutritional tips and as a result of all his hard hard hard work he is happier version of himself and we are only just getting started!. It’s Safe to say I really love making people happy, I’m on a mission to encourage positive change.

I woke up one day and said I need to change. It's been a slow progress but finally getting there. 20Kg down and more to go. There has been a few times I lost motivation but it was Michael and from that kept me going. I can't thank them enough for teaching me and motivating me to keep pushing the boundaries of my body.
I also can't thank for putting up with all my moodiness and supporting me through this. I know it has been tough with all the late nights, early mornings and lack of delicious food.
I am now more motivated than ever to keep going, and I know I have the support that I need to reach my goals.
A big thank you to all.

Hey! Here is a quick fix for those who do decline sit ups in there training sessions.

Here we have Performing both the wrong and right way to execute the decline sit up.

Simply posterior tilting your hips...sooo ensuring that you maintain a flat lower back prior crunching up. A good way to think about it is to imaging bringing your belt buckle towards your chin or rolling your belly button towards your face as demonstrated in video 2.

When performing the decline sit up ensure be wary when changing the variables of.
🔵 The speed of the movement
🔵 Increasing the load ie Weight plate 🔵 Excessive twisting, bending and turning During end range of spinal flexion.

Alternatively to this exercise you could hit a vertical plate press :)

Yo guys! Shoutout to those who sit down at a desk all day long.
Are you finding yourself hunched over?⁉️Shoulders feeling tight⁉️ Give these exercises a go before you workout. These are just simple ways you can get some more thoracic mobility.
Quick facts why it’s important to have good thoracic mobility.
Important for healthy posture ❗️
Better quality in breathing❗️
Keeping them shoulders and lumber spine healthy❗️ Windmills 2 x 10 per side
Archers 2 x 12 per side
T spine mobilisation 1 x 10 reps

Focus on your breathing when rotating your arm around as per video 1. Exhaling when reaching your hand on the chest in archer position video 2 and for video 3 with your T spine focus on exhaling as you are bringing your chest to the floor.
