headspace Camperdown offers support and information for young people aged 12-25 who have general hea Services are no/low cost with Medicare.

We're open 8:30am -5:30pm, Monday to Friday. For international students or those without a Medicare card, we can help connect you with the right service. headspace Camperdown: (02) 9114 4100

We are not a 24/7 service, if you would like to talk to someone after hours to help you can call these 24/7 services:

- Police or ambulance services on 000

What do we offer? Looking for someone to talk to? If you're 12-25, you can get health advice, support and information from headspace. With centres all around Australia, headspace can help you with:
- General health
- Mental health and counselling
- Education, employment and other services
- Alcohol and other drug services. We're here for you if you:

- are feeling down, stressed or can't stop worrying
- haven't felt like yourself for a long time
- can't deal with school or finding it difficult to concentrate• are feeling sick or -- worried about your health
- want to cut down on your drinking or drug use
- want to talk about sexuality, identity or relationships
- are having difficulties with friendships
- have sexual health issues or want to find out about contraception
- are being bullied, hurt or harassed
- are worried about work or study or if you're having money trouble
- headspace is a place you can go to talk to someone about any of these issues. Access:

- Accessible/unisex toilets
- Braille sign
- If you have any specific accessibility needs, please let us know prior to your first appointment at headspace Camperdown so we can be aware of how to best assist. Public transport:

We recommend getting here via public transport as street parking is limited. By bus: There is a convenient stop on Parramatta Rd near the corner of Mallett Street. By train: Newtown is the closest train station. It is about a 15–20-minute walk. Plan your trip here: transportnsw.info/trip/

Parking:

Limited 2hr street parking is available on Church Street and in the surrounding streets.

Thanks to everyone who came to celebrate headspace day with us today . It was so great to see our service full of young people from our headspace community . So good to see everyone sharing pizza and having fun 🤩!! Thanks to all the artists that shared their works 🤩🤩

A big thanks to all of our staff who do such an awesome job supporting the young people accessing our service 🌻

We’re excited to welcome our international students group next week with some pizza 🍕 and board games 🎲.

**Please note this group is for 18-25 year olds and you must be registered with our headspace group program.
