Improving speed is not simply a matter of sprinting.

Movement quality and coordination, particularly between the foot and the pelvis is crucial for optimal performance.

Most team sport athletes simply never learn this. Yet the importance of speed for a successful outcome in sport is crucial ( and it significantly drops your injury risk! ).

Let us know if you’re ready to get quicker 🏎️

Athletes

If you want to get better you need to accept that you will occasionally ‘fail’.

That’s ok.

It’s how we learn and refine ourselves.

This is a great example from one of our teen athletes about embracing the process of learning a complex new movement pattern and not fearing making a mistake. We encourage our athletes ( particularly our teen athletes) to explore new movements and exercises and embrace failure. It’s how you learn. Too often there is an expectation of ‘perfect’ form in the gym with exercises. The reality of sport is such that ‘perfect’ form is not often seen but efficient and effective movement is. So, athletes, embrace the process and accept that ‘failure’ will be part of the journey
