Thanks for all of the love, support and well wishes. I had a ‘solid’ run and finished 4th 400m H. I was clean over the hurdles and for the first race out of winter was overall happy with my performance. Still things to work on as I chase that ‘great’ race where everything clicks. My attention now turns to the start of the track season with the and the Australian Masters Games in October. Importantly I still love my athletics. Thanks ❤️ Stu

Are you ‘activating’ and ‘connecting’ with your feet before your gym sessions? After all it’s your feet that transfer force to the ground with sprinting, changing direction, jumping, running……You don’t want to ‘leak energy’ through weak feet if you are an athlete. Thanks to for reminder about this concept

Why do we use CHAOS Aquabags in our training programs? When you are moving, the addition of trying to control water in an unpredictable manner creates a higher demand on your core and stabilising muscles. This approach can be used in the gym and out on the field and will help take you to a new level. It’s great for rehab and performance training. Want to know more? Let us know
