Ahhh! It's finally here!

I'm so thrilled that you're here to witness the foundation of Earth and Embody my passion project, bringing pregnancy rituals to the Canberra, Sydney and Wollongong regions.

If you're thinking, 'what the heck is a pregnancy ritual, and why would anyone want one?' you're in about the same place that I was back in early 2022 when I was asked to do one for my sister. I was a little confused and intimidated, but determined to learn more, so started discovering how our ancestors (of all faiths and cultures) have held space for this unique and transformative experience. I could not have anticipated how drawn I would be to continue to facilitate these rituals with others but...here we are!

I've been so honoured to hold pregnancy rituals for friends and family over the past 12 months. Earth & Embody is the next step, inviting all who may be seeking a unique, reflective and special experience to get in touch and let me help you hold space for your pregnancy in a connected and mindful way.

A pregnancy ritual can consist of many different elements. My approach is to work closely with you and design a tailored and unique experience that feels right.
