Alrighty here we go again!

After a few slow years due to COvID and babies I’m back and have some regular appointments available for treatments.

Every Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

5pm, 630pm and 8pm.

Treatments are $100 p/session including travel.

If your only just seeing this I am a qualified Cert IV massage therapist and I am also trained in correctly realigning muscles, tendons & ligaments known as the Lester Cox method.

My treatments can improve mobility, reduce pain and restore function. Common issues I treat are:

Neck/shoulder pain/tension
Headaches
Sciatica
Plantar fasciitis
RSI pain
Tennis elbow
Achy legs
Pregnancy pain such as SPD
General aches and pain

These will be by appointment only and I will come to you.

Full session / follow up -
$100
Half session / quick adjustment -

Welcome to 2020!

I’ve been a bit quiet on the massage front however as I am taking a step back from my equine coaching business I am happy to announce I’ll have availability to provide treatment sessions.
