Discharge summaries written from scratch when every fact in them is already in the chart somewhere.

That's the work Summaries hands back.

RecovrFlow's Summaries feature pulls from the documentation already on file — session notes, goals, outcome measures, comms log — and drafts the discharge or handover summary in seconds. Hallucination-free, grounded, ready for clinician review.

Introducing PMS Sync — the next RecovrFlow capability in our May walkthrough.

The last step of every NDIS, DVA or Medicare report shouldn't be copy-paste. It usually is.

Clinicians draft the report in one system, then manually re-key it into Best Practice, Cliniko, Power Diary, Halaxy, Splose or whichever practice management system the clinic runs on. Five minutes per report. Twenty reports a week. Five hours a month, repeated forever.

PMS Sync pushes the finished, compliance-validated report straight into your PMS with a single click. One step instead of two.

Data stays in ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). Built for Australian allied health.

Introducing Knowledge Base — the next RecovrFlow capability in our May walkthrough.

Every clinician has the same problem at the start of a session: the patient's context exists somewhere. The referral letter is in your inbox. The previous OT's discharge summary is in a PDF on the shared drive. The school report is in the family's email. The last NDIS plan is in the portal.

Finding all of that, every time, costs you 15-20 minutes per appointment.

Knowledge Base brings that context together — referral letters, previous summaries, history, school reports, NDIS plans — into one searchable layer that feeds the AI intelligence underneath every report you write.

A clinician we spoke to recently said something that stuck:

"I set the NDIS goals at the start of the plan, then I treat for twelve months, then I rebuild the funding argument from scratch the night before review."

That's the gap our Goals & Milestones feature closes.

Set NDIS-aligned goals once, in the language planners look for. As you treat, every milestone is tagged against the goal it supports. By plan review, the evidence is already there — written by the work you've already done.

One of the features we're walking through across May.

RecovrFlow's second feature, Measure, takes the outcome data you're already collecting and puts it where it counts — inside the report, as objective evidence backing your clinical reasoning.

How you capture your notes in RecovrFlow:

1. Choose your input. Voice (ambient or dictated), photo (a written note), scan (handwritten paper, PDF), or typed text.

2. The system identifies what kind of clinical content it is — subjective, objective, assessment, plan.

3. It assembles a structured note in SOAP or PIE format, ready for review.

4. You edit anything that needs changing and then exoprt, copy or push to your PMS.

The clinician's brain isn't reformatted to fit the software. The software adapts to the clinician.
