At Care Plus Services, we are excited to offer a vacancy in a warm and welcoming 4-share home in Wanniassa, where we currently support three friendly gentlemen. If you have a participant seeking a peaceful and supportive living environment, this could be a perfect opportunity!
🔑 About the Home:
• Modified for accessibility with front and back ramps.
• Close-knit, harmonious household of aging gentlemen.
• Managed by Havelock Housing with easy facilitation for tenancy agreements and rental arrangements.
While the home is older, it’s full of warmth and community. Please note that there is no circulation space for hoist usage within the home. We’re here to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition for new tenants, offering house tours and assistance with any specific needs.
