Welcome to Kelly Kelbrick, who has joined our team on secondment as part of her practicum placement for her Masters of Counselling at the University of Canberra. Apart from studying her Masters, Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Counselling, and has a Certificate IV in Mental Health and a Diploma in Business.
Kelly specialises in sub-acute mental health, addressing issues such as domestic violence, trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and su***de prevention.
She employs various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
