Choosing the right work boots isn’t just about safety; it’s about comfort, support, and preventing injury over the long haul.

So how can you tell if a pair is the right fit?

🥾Wear the same type of socks you’ll wear on the job when trying on boots. It makes a big difference to the fit and feel.
🥾 Don’t just slip one on and call it a day. Wear both at the same time to properly test comfort and support.
🥾 Walk, crouch, bend - whatever you’d typically do during your workday. Boots should feel stable and comfortable through every movement.

The right boots can help prevent pain and injury, so take the time to get the fit right. Your feet, and your back, will thank you.

The program consists of 12 supervised exercise sessions over a period of 6 weeks, in addition to 2 educational sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.

On average, participants in the program experience a 36% reduction in pain, reduced reliance on pain medication, and a decreased need for surgery. 💪🏼

That tight calf? That achey knee? That “I’m sure it’ll go away on its own” feeling?

Athletes we see you. And we know those little niggles can become big problems if you ignore them.

Here are some common red flags that need a physio’s attention:
