Monday is my Sunday.

I love moving in my own rhythm — skipping the crowds, dodging the lines, and giving my nervous system space to breathe.

😵‍💫Rest isn’t lazy — it’s essential.

And recovery isn’t optional — it’s powerful.
Whether it’s stretching, sunbathing (not baking!), journaling, or doing absolutely nothing... I’m refilling my cup today.

Have you had your daily intake of good for skin, mind and soul?! Avocados are a nutritious fruit that offer a range of health benefits for women (and men too). Here are some ways in which avocados can contribute to women’s health:

🥑Nutrient-rich: Avocados are rich in essential nutrients like vitamins (such as vitamin K, vitamin E, and most notably vitamin B6, which is important for hormonal balance), minerals (potassium, copper, and folate), and dietary fiber.

🥑Heart health: Avocados contain healthy monounsaturated fats that can help improve heart health by reducing bad cholesterol levels and promoting good cholesterol levels. This can lower the risk of heart disease, which is important for women’s health.

🥑Skin health: The high vitamin E content in avocados can contribute to healthy skin by protecting against oxidative damage and promoting skin repair. Additionally, the healthy fats in avocados can help keep the skin moisturized and supple.

✨ What’s the most nourishing thing I can give myself right now?

Maybe it’s:
🎵 Listening to your favorite song
🌿 Stepping outside for fresh air
🧘‍♀️ Stretching or moving your body
📖 Journaling or deep breathing

✨ Today’s challenge: Before eating emotionally, try ONE small self-care act first. Then check in—do you still want the food? Or did your body get what it truly needed?

Many may not know my mum was an amazing business lady and mother, this role gave me my first full time job, or busy woman’s apprenticeship.
