The Hormone Goddess

Jordan is a Women’s Health and Hormone Coach and has been an Exercise Specialist for 13 years. Even though she is a health professional herself this didn’t stop her from having her own health complications, consisting of menstrual irregularities, bloating, weight gain, chronic fatigue and being constantly sick.

Because of this Jordan went back and relearned everything she knew about health, nutrition, exercise and stumbled upon something very important called hormones. After coaching many of her girlfriends and clients she began to see an unhealthy pattern of women suffering from poor periods, PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, menopausal symptoms and much more. These women were suffering in silence and believed their symptoms were ‘normal’.

This is when she decided to devote all her study, coaching and teaching towards women’s health. Jordan helps women regain a healthy monthly cycle, teaches women how to eat and train in alignment with their cycle, overcome hormonal imbalances, and help women breeze through menopause and perimenopause. She offers educational courses, online memberships and health coaching.
