Thank you for the incredible love and support this year❤️

I am truly grateful for every family, cuddle, consult and connection through my babywearing consultancy. It has been such a privilege to support you and your little ones.

I wish all the beautiful babies I’ve met this year a joyful (and very first!) Christmas 🎄✨

Please note: I will be on leave from 20 December until 23 January. Messages and enquiries will be responded to once I return.

Thank you again for such a wonderful year — I look forward to supporting you again in 2026 🤍

🌟 SAFE BABYWEARING REMINDER: The T.I.C.K.S. Checklist 🌟

Babywearing keeps our little ones close, calm, and connected — but safety always comes first!
Here’s the well-known T.I.C.K.S. Babywearing Safety Checklist to help you wear your baby confidently and correctly:

T — Tight
Your carrier should be snug enough to hug baby close to you. Loose fabric can allow baby to slump.

I — In View at All Times
You should always be able to see your baby’s face by simply looking down—no fabric covering their nose or mouth.

C — Close Enough to Kiss
Baby should be high on your chest so you can easily kiss the top of their head.

K — Keep Chin Off Chest
Make sure there’s at least a finger-width of space under baby’s chin. Their airway should always remain open.

S — Supported Back
Baby’s back should be well supported in a natural position, and they shouldn’t slump or fold.

✨ Whether you're wearing a wrap, sling, or structured carrier, the T.I.C.K.S. checklist is your quick, easy guide to safe snuggles. Stay close, stay safe, and enjoy the bonding! 💛👶✨

Life is super stressful right now – I really could just hide in my bed and only drag myself out to do the days necessary tasks… But I know through all my research that getting up early and doing my favourite form of exercise – lifting heavy weights – is good for my immediate mental health along with the long-term benefits of consistent lifting.

Regular exercise is not about motivation – motivation comes from consistency – you want to be respected? Be consistent!
