Our clinic cares for families; and our osteopaths have further training in paediatrics, women's health, and a range of other special interests.

We care for babies and children who have been a bit squished in utero or during their birth, to help them move freely and feel comfortable in their little bodies. We also offer pre and postnatal osteopathy, mastitis care, post mastectomy care, women's health osteopathy, visceral osteopathy, breathing retraining and general osteopathy.

We’ve got a very little team member on the way!!! 👶💚 We’re so excited to share that Betsy is expecting a baby!

We’ll share more details about her plans and clinic availability down the track, but for now we just wanted to spread the happy news. Big congratulations to Betsy and Nick – we can’t wait to meet your newest little adventure! 🎉

We had the incredible Lauren from the Canberra Spine Centre come chat with us this week! She talked us through how she manages scoliosis from adolescents to adults... She's really got her finger on the pulse of current evidence/protocols and it was such a pleasure to have her share her knowledge on the subject! Thank you so much Lauren!

We have absolutely scored this week having another practitioner come teach us their ways... Introducing Nia from !! 🙏

Nia is both a Physio and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist who has a special interest in working with children. Nia has this awesome patient-centred approach and taught us how she prescribes rehab to fit pretty seamlessly into children's everyday life. By doing so she's found it increases engagement with treatment and simultaneously decreases the load on families.

Thanks so much for sharing your tips and tricks Nia you're a legend and we learnt so much!!

On Tuesday, the amazing came to chat with us!! Alex is a dual Registered Nurse and Midwife, and an IBCLC Lactation Consultant.

We could have picked her brain all day but this session she specifically talked to us about breastfeeding and pumping and the importance of sizing fl**ges correctly (see Betsy and Mariella working out sizing). Mind blown 🤯 on what size fl**ge people are often given vs. what size most people are..

Thank you so much for coming Alex, you are doing so much incredible stuff for families in Canberra and we couldn't be more honoured to have you take the time to also come talk to us 💚

On Tuesday we had the fabulous Jaimee from come talk to us about the factors that drive facial and dental development and how to encourage ideal growth in children!

We can't get enough of Jaimee, her passion for this is so obvious and it's been such a pleasure having her share her experiences and knowledge with us! Come back anytime Jaimee, thank you so much!!!
