An afternoon of deep stillness and quiet restoration, a uniquely tailored sound journey for Combat Veterans

Surrounded by the subtle rhythms of nature, soft wind through the eucalypts, the grounding scent of bush…

This session is designed to support sensory integration through the intentional layering of sound and silence. Working with principles of brainwave entrainment and rhythmic sympathetic resonance, the body is gently guided towards a state where deep relaxation can arise naturally.
We close with grounding and integration, allowing each participant to return gradually into the body, resting in the present moment.

Providing a specifically designed 1-1 Sound Therapy program for Combat Veterans.

Working with precision and attunement to the individual - these sessions are designed to establish safety, and support the regulation of the nervous system by addressing underlying imbalances. From here, the body is gently guided back towards coherence and homeostasis, creating the conditions for it to process and organise what it has been holding, often for many years.

The amazing founders, are a true inspiration, having dedicated their time and energy and pouring their whole lives into making this program available in Australia.

Adding heartfelt, beautiful touches can be felt by the whole space. These handmade eye covers, created from Japanese vintage fabrics, were gifted with such intention, and you can feel it the moment you hold them. Softness, presence, and quiet care woven into every detail.

It is a reminder that this work is never one way. It is shared, co-created, and held together in small, meaningful gestures like this.

A morning of total absorption, gentle movement, mindfulness, music and painting

🎨Today’s theme took inspiration from the Blood Moon we experienced a few weeks ago...

We explored the quiet science behind its glow. Rayleigh scattering. The way light bends, refracts and softens as it moves through the atmosphere. How what is filtered and redirected still finds its way to illumination 🌝

This became our reflection:

What within us is being softened, scattered, or reshaped before it is seen clearly?

Each painting held its own expression. Subtle, layered & authentic.

Behind the scenes of my Tuning Fork therapy work.

Over time I have carefully mapped the frequency relationships and interval combinations between the forks I use in sessions. Each tone interacts with another through harmonic intervals, creating specific resonance patterns in the body and biofield.

Rather than using frequencies randomly, I work with combinations that create coherent relationships. Fourths, fifths, octaves and other harmonic intervals allow the nervous system and energetic field to entrain into a more organised state.

This mapping guides the way I work in session so that each fork is supporting the next, creating a layered field of resonance for deeper regulation, release and restoration.

Years of listening, experimenting and refining have gone into developing these combinations for the most optimal therapeutic results ✨🔔

Spending International Women’s Day with these extraordinary women who midwifed a powerful chapter of my own learning 🌹

Through this work I learned how to stand in my truth and speak from my heart regardless of what I looked like or whether everything went according to plan.

I learned how to hold space for myself when I forgot my words.
How to meet the surge of terror that arrives just before speaking.
How to work with that energy rather than let it work against me.

We spoke about feminine leadership, the future of our planet, and the deeper responsibilities of using our voices 🌏

These conversations continue to shape me.

I am deeply grateful for these women and the space we create together 🫶

One of my greatest joys is supporting people as they step into their potential 💫

And the deeper truth of Mentorship is this:
I learn just as much from the person sitting across from me as they may learn from me.

When we meet each other with open hearts, allowing space for reciprocity, something very real happens 🦋

When we look from our centre and truly see the being in front of us, their truth, their beauty, their becoming, there is a natural honouring that arises.

This is the space where real growth takes place.
And something I hold very deeply in my work.

Today I was invited out to a beautiful property just outside Canberra to meet the founders of Heroes & Horses Australia - an incredible new 41 Day Program for combat veterans.

We walked the land, shared stories, and began preparing for the sound therapy sessions I will be offering as part of their program.

There is something powerful about bringing sound into spaces where people are doing deep, courageous work with their community.

Feeling very grateful to be part of what they are creating here. ✨

A beautiful morning facilitating Painting with Parkinsons art therapy program.

I feel incredible blessed to do the work that I do. The variety of people I meet, the different spaces I’m invited into, and the many ways creativity can support healing always moves me.

Art, sound, energy, expression. Each offers a different doorway, and every person walks through it in their own way.

It is a genuine honour to hold space for those who come seeking support, connection, or simply a moment to create.
