🩷 I am collaborating with : Mindfulness through singing, music and dance — a beautiful evening where sound, voice, and community come together in devotion and healing.

I am opening the evening with a gentle Sound Healing to help everyone connect more deeply with themselves — softening the body, calming the nervous system, and attuning their energy before we move into Kirtan, a practice of meditative chanting in Sanskrit.

One morning a few weeks ago, I woke up hearing an entire Sound Healing Journey playing out in my head…

The very next day, I received a message asking if I could host a Sound Healing for 6 wonderful women at a 50th birthday gathering.

✨I instantly knew… the Sound Bath I had received was for her!

🌸 Happy Birthday to one of the most loving, beautiful, and wise women I know!

It was an honour to hold space for this special Sound Healing Journey. Later, I came to understand the flow of sounds — weaving in and out of crescendos, silence, stillness, unity, and holiness — was all about honouring her life’s journey so far.

And what an incredible journey it has been!💫

This is the way I work…
I hear the sounds before I play them… in that what I know it’s not really me, it’s just happening through me ✨💖🙏
