Autumn is a time of transition—from the vibrant energy of summer, marked by growth, birth, and heat, to the quiet depth of winter, a season of inner reflection, shedding, regeneration, and rest. It’s the perfect time to pause and reflect on what has been birthed in this past cycle and how we’d like to carry those lessons forward.

Breathwork is a powerful tool to support this process of transition. By consciously guiding our breath, we can release tension, clear stagnant energy, and connect deeply with our inner wisdom.

Inner Motus is offering Group Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions at student rates

The first session will be March 27th at 6:30PM in Watson ACT.

Ruby will be offering monthly sessions at a low cost of $30 as I am a student. These will be small simple groups where we learn the conscious connected breathwork method alongside others in our communities.
