Axial Elongation and Control is about finding the longest axis of the body so that the core can work without conscious thought. The core is not about our abs but is part of a system which when placed in the most advantageous position, will be strong. A healthy tree allows for the appropriate amount of movement throughout its trunk in order to grow tall and reach for the sun without breaking in the wind, just as a healthy spine will allow for appropriate distribution of forces as we move through daily life

What a beautiful start to the year! Cool weather and fires are few and far between on the east coast. So different to this time last year in Australia. As I’ve spent time up in the Snowy’s, I’ve had time to reflect on my goals for the year. Would love to hear what your are!
