07/07/2025

That’s the question I’ve been sitting with as this Capricorn Full Moon rises. The kind of question that doesn’t need a quick answer – just space, stillness and honesty. There’s something stirring beneath the surface.

This Capricorn Full Moon isn’t here to push you forward. It’s here to bring you back – back to your body, your truth, your path, your why. In a world that moves fast, recalibration is a radical act.

Under this grounded and clarifying Full Moon, we’re offered a moment to pause and gently realign with what actually matters – not what we should be doing, not what we’ve been chasing to keep up, but what our soul has been whispering all along.

Capricorn speaks to structure, integrity, legacy. But it’s not all about doing. Especially with the Sun sitting opposite in soft, sensitive Cancer, this Moon offers a bridge between the emotional and the practical, between care and clarity, between softness and strength.

You might be feeling a pull to reassess where your energy is going. Old systems, stories or roles may be beginning to fall away. You might feel an urge to reconnect with your inner authority. Perhaps there’s exhaustion, resistance or a deep desire to simplify. Or maybe you’re sensing a quiet but certain craving to come home to yourself.

This isn’t breakdown – this is recalibration. A returning to what’s true, a shedding of what no longer supports your becoming, a remembering of your inner foundation – the part of you that knows how to move forward with soul.

Cosmic snapshot: This Full Moon sits in deep conversation with the sky. Mars square Pluto stirs the undercurrents, revealing old patterns around power, fear and control that are ready to shift. Venus gently trines Chiron, offering healing through connection, creativity and soft self-worth. Meanwhile, Saturn – ruler of this Capricorn Moon – is retrograde in Pisces, inviting us to re-examine the inner structures we lean on, especially the spiritual ones. Together, these transits support deep recalibration – a chance to release what no longer aligns and return to what’s true.

If you’ve been feeling the intensity of this midyear turning point – emotionally, physically, energetically – you’re not alone. We’re collectively in a space of regrouping and realigning. The old has cracked. The new hasn’t fully formed. The medicine is in the stillness.

This Thursday night, we gather in sacred circle to honour that space. To stop reaching and start listening. To sit with cacao, drop into the body and gently recalibrate from the inside out.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up. Let the rest unfold.

Come, be held. Your soul will know.

With love,
Nic ✨

02/07/2025

Sometimes, we just need a safe space.
A space where we can lay down the masks and meet ourselves honestly.
Where tears are welcome.
Where softness isn’t weakness.
Where no one expects you to hold it all together.

We all carry stories that were never truly ours —
narratives we absorbed to survive, stay loved or feel safe.
But survival isn’t the same as wholeness.
And you deserve more than just getting through the day.

True healing begins when we’re met with honesty and care.
When we’re witnessed in our vulnerability and held in it.

In sacred spaces, no one is placed on a pedestal or pushed into a pit.
We meet each other eye to eye, human to human — and that’s where true connection begins.

We honour the season we’re in, without needing to rush out of it.
We welcome the dark as much as the light,
trusting both have something to teach us.

Here, old stories can soften.
New truths can rise.
And the self beneath the noise can begin to return.

You are worthy of spaces where you don’t have to prove, perform or pretend.
You are worthy of being held, just as you are.

This is how we rise — together.
With gentleness, with courage, with love.
Coming home to ourselves,
lifting each other as we do.

Not everyone grew up in spaces that felt emotionally safe.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t experience it now.

The spaces I hold are rooted in non-judgment.
We meet as equals — with honesty, reverence and no performance required.

These circles aren’t about fixing.
They’re about coming home —
to the self beneath the noise,
to the truth you’ve always carried.

We honour both the dark and the light, and everything in between.
We celebrate the season we’re in, without rushing to change it.
We soften the old stories that no longer serve, and make space for what’s real, for what’s true.

We meet in honesty.
We meet in vulnerability.
And we’re held in that — not despite it, but because of it.

This is about connection,
about rising together,
about lifting each other, witnessing each other, and remembering we were never meant to do it alone.

If something in this speaks to you, you’re not alone.
You’re so welcome here.

Next circle is coming soon. Stay close.

With love,
Nic ✨

Beneath the hard shell of protection lies a tender heart. This New Moon in Cancer invites you to honour both – to nourish your nest and soften into rest.

Like the crab – Cancer’s symbol – you may feel the urge to protect your soft, tender heart beneath a strong shell. This New Moon asks you to hold space for both your need for safety and your vulnerability.

The Moon returns home to Cancer, joined by Venus and Mercury, calling us to soften our voices, open our hearts and create sacred emotional safety.

With Jupiter in Gemini holding dual truths – strength and sensitivity – and Saturn in Pisces anchoring us in gentle rest, this is a sacred pause to tend your inner landscape with care.

This Moon asks you:

✨ What part of me is craving nourishment right now?

✨ Where can I create sanctuary for my heart and soul?

✨ How can I soften into rest – and trust the gentle rhythm of life?

We’ll gather in circle to sip ceremonial cacao, share reflection and open to the medicine of emotional replenishment.

You are welcome here – just as you are.

Happy Winter Solstice, beautiful ones.

Today marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year – a turning point in the natural cycle.
It’s a powerful time to slow down, go inward and reflect.

You might feel called to journal, light a candle, sit quietly with a cup of tea or simply take a breath and notice what’s stirring in you. This is a moment to listen – not to the noise of the world but to your own rhythm.

Solstice invites us to honour what’s been, let go of what we no longer need and make space for the return of light – within and around us.

However you spend the day, I hope you give yourself permission to pause. Even a few minutes of stillness can create a shift.

And if you’re feeling called to be held in a shared space of reflection and warmth, we still have a couple of spots left for this afternoon’s Sacred Winter Solstice Gathering, 4:00 to 6:30pm at Parlour Wine Room, NewActon.

You can book here if you’d love to join us:

The Winter Solstice isn’t just a date on the calendar.
It’s a threshold. A moment between endings and beginnings.
A sacred pause.
A soft turning inward.

It’s the longest night of the year – and within it lies a quiet invitation.
To rest.
To reflect.
To remember who you are when the world goes still.

In the hush of winter, something ancient stirs.
A knowing. A spark. A light that never went out.

When we gather in honour of this moment, something shifts.
We reconnect with the wisdom we carry.
We soften into the darkness instead of fearing it.
We give ourselves permission to stop striving…
and instead simply be.

This is what our Winter Solstice Gathering holds space for.
Not performance. Not perfection.
Just presence.

A space to come home to yourself.
To be witnessed in whatever this season is bringing up for you.
To rekindle your inner light – gently, lovingly, without pressure.

If your soul is craving quiet, connection and meaning…
You’re not alone.
And you’re so welcome to join us.

09/05/2025

Your worth was never something to earn.
It was always yours.

And yet, for many, that doesn’t feel true.

Often, this traces back to childhood — where love felt conditional or absent.

When you grew up emotionally unseen
in a home where your parents were caught in survival
disconnected
distracted
emotionally unavailable
a quiet belief began to take root.

“I must prove I’m worthy of love.”
“I must earn my place in the world.”

You learned to scan the room.
To notice what others needed before they even said it.
To stay one step ahead.

You began to trade authenticity for approval.

You grew into someone who over-functions
over-caters
over-gives.

Not because you don’t care for yourself
but because being needed feels like being safe.
It became the only way you knew how to belong.

You learned to:
— abandon your own needs
— be the emotional caretaker
— shrink to fit
— fear being too much
— fear being not enough
— shape-shift to avoid rejection

Because somewhere along the way
your nervous system linked love with performance
and belonging with self-abandonment.

So when someone pulls away
when a partner disconnects
when a friend turns their back
it doesn’t just hurt — it reopens something deeper.

The ache of not being chosen.
The fear of being alone.
The terror of disappearing.

And underneath it all —
that old belief whispers:
“No matter how much I give, it’s never enough.”

But what if this is where the healing begins?

When you notice the pattern
not with shame
not with blame
but with tenderness
and ask:

Why is this hurting so deeply?
What part of me is still trying to earn love?
What did I learn in childhood that I’m still carrying?
Where did I first abandon myself to be accepted?

The truth is:
You were never unworthy — just unseen.
You were never too much — just misunderstood.
You don’t have to prove your worth — it’s already yours.

And now the invitation is not to give more
but to turn inward.
To meet yourself with the care you’ve given to everyone else.
To create safety within your own body —
where love is not something you earn
but something you allow.

Because the soul isn’t here to be needed.
It’s here to be known —
deeply
gently
truly.

To be seen in its wholeness.
To live in its truth.
To express its fullest potential.

You don’t have to earn your place here.
You already belong.

Your worth is not a performance.
It’s your presence.
It’s your truth.
It’s your birthright.

If this sparks something in you, you’re not alone. I’d love to hear how this landed.
