Wild Teacher Training 2026!

Starting in March, this is what you can expect from our Yoga Alliance stamped 200-Hour Teacher Training.

Over 7 immersive months (in person - two long weekends a month - Friday, Saturday and Sunday), we’ll dive deeply into the art and science of yoga — exploring movement, anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, breath, and the subtle body. But more importantly, we’ll explore how to truly teach. How to guide with clarity. How to hold space with confidence, and how to shape a class that feels safe, cohesive, and authentic to your voice.

By the end of the training, you’ll walk away with a grounded understanding of both the practical and logistical sides of teaching — from structuring a class and managing energy, to cueing with intention and creating experiences that genuinely land for your students.

Wild + Kind Staff Christmas Gathering

This year’s (early) Christmas celebration took us to , where we explored the magic of herbs and natural remedies, and discovered simple ways to weave them into our daily routines. We ate some food, drank some things, read some tea leaves — a beautiful reminder to listen to the little messages life offers us. And most importantly, we spent quality time together as a team. Laughing, learning, sharing inspo… and feeling so grateful for the people who make our studios what they are.

Meet Teddy!

This is not a drill — our newest team member did his very first class today. He’s actually ridiculous.

Teddy is an Australian Shepherd and is just a ball of delight. He plans on attending a few classes this week, so prepare yourself!

KIND OF WILD

A bunch of humans filled a converted warehouse with all the nightclub vibes — lights, beats, movement, energy — and it was honestly something pretty cool.

The feedback so far has been unreal: not only super cool, but super vibey — fun, uplifting, and a little bit magic.

It’s hard to capture the feeling of the whole night in just one photo — but if you were there, you know. A bit of Wild energy, and Kind chill, and the space itself really helped weave it all together.

On Saturday, 12 October, from 4–6 pm, we’re transforming The Vault into an immersive space of movement, rhythm, and connection.

Private classes with us✌️

I don’t usually take photos while I’m teaching, but I captured this little moment from my perspective during a wall based class today cause I thought it looked cool. The class isn’t on the schedule because it’s a private class I teach for a small group every Tuesday afternoon at Wild.

Then I thought about the fact we don’t really advertise that we offer this type of thing. So this is my PSA - we offer private classes for individuals and small groups. One-offs, and semi-regulars.

People like private classes for a bunch of reasons, like working with something specific in mind, celebrating a special occasion, or just wanting a quieter, more tailored experience. Private classes can be a great way to connect more deeply with your practice (and potentially your crew).

Join Shan on the mat Mondays at 5.30pm — bringing us traditional Mat Pilates from a diploma qualified perspective. She’ll also bring the laughs, and plenty of Shan insights.

New face on the teachers mat (well, kind of!)

We’ve got a little update for your Saturday mornings at Wild — the amazing Charlotte is joining our teaching team and will be alternating Saturday morning classes with Kate.

Don’t worry, Matty hasn’t gone far! He’s just taking a little time off, but you might still spot him practicing in class. He’ll be back before you know it.

Charlotte is a beautiful and experienced teacher who brings strong, soulful flows and a really grounded energy to the room. Her first class kicks off this Saturday — and trust me, she’s a Wild vibe.

So pumped to have her on the team ✌️

New Foundations Class – Starting Wednesday Nights

We’re excited to be launching a new Foundations class ‘Wild Emerge’ on Wednesday nights, with the first class kicking off on May 21st.

A foundations class is perfect if you’re brand new to yoga, coming back after a break, or simply keen to deepen your understanding of yoga foundations. Expect a steady, welcoming pace, with a focus on building strength, flexibility, and exploring different yogic concepts and movements each week.

The beautiful Niki will be teaching these classes – teaching beginners is something she feels pretty passionate about, and she’s all about creating a supportive and down-to-earth environment to learn and grow. Everyone is welcome – we’d love to have you join us!

We know it’s been a hot minute since we last had an Emerge class on the schedule, so thank you for your patience with this! It does mean our Wednesday Breath class is taking a temporary pause, but it will be back on the schedule soon!
