I’m about to board my flight to the Havening Annual Conference — usually held in the USA or UK, but this year it’s come to our side of the world! Too good an opportunity to miss.

I’m so looking forward to spending a few days surrounded by the movers and shakers in the Havening and integrative healing world — learning, connecting, and soaking up as much inspiration as I can.

Many of you know I’ve been exploring the deeper mind–body connection and how emotions and past experiences can sometimes play a role in chronic pain. This conference is another exciting step in that journey, and I can’t wait to bring home new insights to share with my patients.
