We’re celebrating the incredible individuals who recently completed the Momentum 8-Week Long Covid Management Program at NeuroStudio Canberra! 💚💪

Over eight weeks, these participants showed incredible strength, patience and perseverance — learning to move at their own pace, rebuild energy, and gently take steps toward recovery.

👏 To each of you: your dedication and determination have truly inspired us.
Thank you for allowing us to walk alongside you in this important part of your recovery journey.

This NAIDOC Week, we reflect on the strength of those who came before, the wisdom carried through generations, and the powerful momentum of the next generation rising.

The 2025 theme, “The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy,” reminds us that the future is shaped by the strength of our young leaders, the shared vision of our communities, and the enduring legacy of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

At Momentum Physio + Rehab and NeuroStudio, we proudly acknowledge the Ngunnawal people, Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and grow. We honour their Elders past and present — and recognise the emerging leaders who are shaping a future grounded in culture, truth, and healing.

Thank you to Senator ’s team for meeting with us, and other local providers today 💬 We’re standing together against the upcoming NDIS rate cuts, which will impact all providers and their ability to deliver quality care—both in clinic and at home 🏡

Momentum remains committed to supporting those who need us most, and we won’t stop advocating for fair access to essential services.

The narrative put forward by regarding proper community consultation and non-NDIS market comparisons is utterly false, and their response to our requests for meetings has been equally disappointing.

Thank you to all NDIS providers for the ongoing hard work and sacrifices you make to deliver a fair, efficient and effective scheme for all.

Meet Nahum — a long-time user of mechanical upper limb prosthetics who’s just taken a major step forward in function and independence. We recently fitted him with a transradial myoelectric prosthesis featuring the COAPT pattern recognition control system and a TASKA multi-articulating prosthetic hand. This advanced setup gives Nahum intuitive control and a highly functional, water-resistant hand designed for everyday life. It’s a game-changer for grip variety, precision, and overall independence.

On this ANZAC Day, we honour the courage, sacrifice, and service of all who have served and continue to serve our country.
