Feeling lucky this St Patrick’s Day ☘️

The Momentum Physio & Rehab and NeuroStudio team brought a little Irish fun into the lunchroom. Today’s “Pot of Gold” guessing jar had the team making their best estimates — all in the name of a little friendly competition (and chocolate of course!). Safe to say there were plenty of hopeful guesses!🍫✨

It’s always nice to take a moment for a bit of fun together during the week.

Our Momentum Therapy Winter Paralympics Challenges brought plenty of laughs, team spirit and a little friendly competition to our Bruce and Phillip clinics this week! From Para Curling to Nerf gun Para Biathlon Blindfolded and our mental challenge of Flag Olympic Trivia❄️🏅

It was fantastic to see so many getting involved, embracing the winter theme and cheering each other on throughout the challenges.

The day wouldn’t be complete without a special appearance from Scooby Roo, who made sure the sidelines were just as lively as the competition.

Thanks to everyone for embracing the spirit of the games and making it fun.💚💛

A little Winter Paralympic spirit made its way into classes this week at Momentum! ❄️🏅

From pretend skiing with bands, reaching for medals, stepping on green and gold markers, and throwing Olympic rings, our clients embraced the theme with plenty of enthusiasm, movement and smiles.

We love finding fun ways to bring therapy to life — and this week’s activities definitely delivered! Even our company mascot, Scooby Roo watched from the sidelines 🦘💚💛
