CCHN EP Riley is doing Movember!
This November I will be participating in Movember. Not only will I continue to grow my orange mo, but I will also be running to raise awareness for men's health. For every $10 donated I will be running 1km (inspired by Nedd Brockman's recent heroics).

So proud to be able to support the Stella Bella Foundation for another year 🥰 What an awesome organisation, thank you for all you do for kids and their families ✨

We have been working super hard to make our much awaited 10th Birthday Stella Bella Ball a success. Without much notice at all, so many Canberra businesses have jumped on board to donate to the event and we are just so humbled by their kindness and generosity.

CCHN runs a ton of group classes in our Exercise Lab, including the Beat It Diabetes program. We love making sure that everyone has the opportunity to stay fit and healthy, whilst being educated on the best ways to do so. Our Exercise Physiologist Kyle loved having his Beat It group in the lab every Tuesday and Thursday to exercise and learn new ways to keep fit. We always make sure to have fun and keep smiling along the way!
