Woden Wellness Centre is having a Christmas and New Year break. Woden Chiropractic will reopen on Wednesday 14th January, working Bodies reopens on Monday 12th January, Fiona Joiner Naturopathy reopens on Thursday 15th January.

Ever Ascending kinesiology and our counsellors from Safe Space Counselling and Andrea Myburgh Counselling are available from the 5th January by pre-arranged appointments only.

We have a checklist you can work through yourself to identify areas of your desk, chair, monitor, keyboard and mouse that may be contributing to recurring neck, shoulder, arm or back pain. With over 20 years of experience in holistic and energetic healing, Jodie helps clients release stress, emotional blockages, and unhelpful patterns so they can return to balance and vitality.

Women’s Health Week (1-5 September) is Australia’s largest event dedicated to the health and wellbeing of all women, girls, and gender-diverse people. In 2024, the campaign reached a massive audience of five million Australians, with the expectation for this year’s figures to represent a marked improvement on those numbers.
In 2025, the Women’s Health Week theme is ‘𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐲𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮,’ an invitation for everyone to speak up, check in, and prioritise their health and wellbeing. More often than not, women are the backbone of their families, workplaces, and communities, juggling multiple roles at once and balancing their responsibilities with those around them.
As a result, their health takes a back seat. This year’s Women’s Health Week calls on Australia’s female population to reclaim their health and prioritise themselves, to the benefit of society as a whole. Healthy, thriving women benefit their wide social circles immensely.
Each day of Women’s Health Week, Australian women are invited to take one simple step towards reclaiming and improving their health.
