Holiday rowing programs are designed to be accessible, enjoyable, and educational, introducing students to rowing and its many benefits. The program will run from 8:45am to 12:00pm each day including on-water and land sessions. Our program is designed for high school aged children (Year 7-12).

Easter Public Holiday opening times.

Our available classes over the Easter break are as follows!

Learn to Row classes on Friday and Saturday are running as usual.

Friday:
6am rowing development

Saturday:
7am rowing development/squad and gym

9am rowing development

On Monday we will have 2 Learn to Row times only at 7am and 9am.

Glebe Rowing Club Canberra weekend - at Red Shed! 🚣‍♂️

Nick, our Director of Rowing, coached the squad, giving them a tour of Lake Burley Griffin, showing off some of Canberra’s best rowing spots. Then a trip to NFSA museum and dinner at Bar Rochford.

Great to have you on the water with us – hope to see you back again soon! 🌊

Over the past two weeks our Red Shed junior scholarship athletes competed at NSW state championships and ACT jnr Head of the lake.
Felix, Ava and coach Charlotte have worked hard and it’s showing!

Ava (Alfred Deakin High School) placed 3rd at NSW state in the under 17 single scull and first in under 17 single scull at ACT Junior championships, head of the lake!

Felix (Daramalan) came 2nd in the schoolboy single at NSW state and 1st in schoolboy single at ACT jnr champs, Head of the Lake.
Fantastic work and we keep looking forward to seeing them working hard!
