1. Let it go 🍂 — Not every trigger deserves your reaction. Sometimes people simply reveal the wounds within you that still need healing.
2. Accept what is 🌊 — Peace begins when you stop resisting reality and start working with life as it is, not as you wish it to be.
3. Let them 🕊️ — You cannot control others’ choices, emotions, or actions. Let people walk their own path while protecting your own peace.
4. Trust in timing ⏳ — Some things arrive late not because they are denied, but because life is preparing you for them.
5. Look for glimmers ✨ — Tiny moments of peace, joy, warmth, and beauty heal the nervous system more than we realize. Learn to notice them.
