Simon Claringbold picked and ate wild mushrooms from his garden. Days later, he thought he was taking his last breath.

Coles Supermarkets Ltd are conducting a recall of the above products. The products have been available for sale in Coles Supermarkets and online nationally.

Date Marking: Best Before 05/02/2027

The recall is due to biotoxin (aflatoxin) contamination.
