As a mum, business owner and an uncanny ability to say ‘yes’ to everything, I know first hand the challenges of eating well day in day out. After many years of helping people with their nutrition, I offer realistic, sustainable, non-diet approaches to building healthy eating habits and maximising your long-term wellbeing. Life's too short to hate your body and stress about food. I provide long-term, balanced nutrition for those ready to ditch dieting and build a healthy relationship with food. I don’t do restrictions. I don’t do food rules. My vision is to set people free from food stress and teach them how to eat well for the rest of their life! To do this, I’ve created two distinct brands:

Ayla Health is Australia's only healthy eating app that combines 'flip learning', behaviour change principles and sustainable nutrition to help you build healthy eating habits that last a lifetime. The Healthy Eating Clinic is Canberra's largest team of specialist dietitians. With a dedicated nutrition clinic in Woden, the clinic offers nutrition counselling and support to individuals with a wide range of complex health conditions. I also love border collies and growing flowers.
