As the weather gets cooler, colds and flus become more common.
Here are a few tips to help you prevent catching the cold and flu virus:
1. Maintain general hygiene – be sure to wash your hands regularly with soap and water or use a hand sanitiser if soap and water is not available.
2. Wipe down your devices or if in an office environment clean with antiseptic spray and wipes.
3. Feeling under the weather? It’s better to stay home and rest rather than going into work and share with your colleagues.
4. Stay Hydrated – Drink plenty of water. Hot tea with honey is great to soothe a sore throat and helps to keep your fluid intake up.
5. Eat good nutritious food – Freshly made chicken soup is great to eat when suffering from a cold.
