Well, what a year 2023 has been. Many of you would know that this year has been a challenging one for us in the clinic, and at times we struggled.
Between laundry equipment failings, payment system dramas, phone and internet issues, leaking roofs, rampant teenager gangs, and constant health issues, this year really pushed us to our limits.
And whilst we know that the interruptions to your appointments have been more than usual this year, we thank each and every one of our beautiful clients for extending us their love and support, and understanding that at times we simply couldn’t be there for you like we usually are.
Moving forward though - cause there’s no sense in dwelling on the past - 2024 brings with it exciting challenges, and the opportunity to create changes both within the clinic and within ourselves. All of us in the clinic are embarking on different studies, all looking to increase our knowledge and increase our skills. We are all also changing things up to ensure we look after ourselves more holistically, so we can lead by example, and be our most authentic healthy versions of ourselves.
Whilst I’m not really one for New Years Resolutions, I encourage everyone to make the little changes, explore the opportunities that come along, and work out what is really important to you and go in that direction.
I think it’s pretty safe to say we are glad to have made it to the end of 2023… we’ve all learnt a lot about ourselves this year!
And as the sun sets tonight, and we reflect on everything that’s happened, we can truly say that we are blessed to have a wonderful supportive community, and we look forward to 2024 being a year of abundance.
Here are some of my favorite photos I’ve taken this year… reminders that it wasn’t all doom and gloom!!
