Low back pain is one of the world’s leading causes of disability—but what actually triggers flare-ups in everyday life and in clinical settings?
Our professional association - Chiropractic Australia is supporting a first-of-its-kind Australian study capturing both chiropractor and patient perspectives on low back pain (LBP) triggers. The goal is to identify common triggers, understand where people get prevention information, and strengthen evidence-based education and care.
What’s involved:
• Clinicians complete an anonymous 10–15 minute questionnaire
• Clinics share an anonymous patient survey via email, social media, or in-clinic materials (a QR poster is available)
If you’re a chiropractor following our accounts—or you’re receiving care for low back pain—your input can help improve future prevention strategies and patient outcomes.
