Knee lateral ligament stabilisation taping tutorial: Primarily used for support of the medial (MCL) and lateral (LCL) collateral ligaments. Assist with reducing movement between the femur and tibia during contact and direction change. Can also be beneficial when returning from meniscus injuries. Ideal for Rugby, AFL and Netball.
