Meet Ben & Jon, the GLA:D instructors. Many of you would be very familiar with these 2 fellas. Ben and Jon alternate our GLA:D intakes. Our intakes are every 6 weeks. GLA:D is a specialised program, for clients with diagnosed osteoarthritis in the knee or hip. We have had huge success with clients improving their quality of life and returning to sports & exercise. The OG's would like it known that despite being old(er?) they swept the board in all the games and not only beat the youngins but came 4th on the overall leader board for the hotel!!
