Yes of course it is scary… I walked away from a career in education that I’d been in for nearly 20 years … but I feel so much better working for myself and what I believe in… I miss some parts some time (mostly the students and amazing colleagues) but now I am building a business and hopefully a culture that both supports others and is happening in my way.
