Eating a balanced diet is important to maintain good health and prevent chronic diseases, such as diabetes. Good nutrition provides our bodies with minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients to live and grow.

Avoid manufactured "food" look at the list of products used in manufacturing. As a rule the shorter the list the healthier the food choice. The rise in cancer amongst 20 to 40 year olds is scary, if it grows or moves as general rule it should be healthier choice. Their is a valid argument for organically grown food however it that can be expensive. Australia has very stick rules surrounding chemicals used in farming. Speak to your local registered practicing dietician or doctor for blood tests before taking any supplements. An Australian study completed in 2011 identifies the Australian Burden of Disease and how it will impact your employees as they age. Conducting Employee Health & Wellbeing programmes will result in a 32% reduction in worker’s compensation claims, a 30% reduction in sick leave and an increased productivity of up to 52%
