Today is International Family Drug Support Day - the theme this year is see the person, not the drug.

Directions provides free and confidential support to hundreds of family members every year impacted by alcohol and other drug use.

We’re here if you’d like support, a non-judgemental ear, or have questions about substances and taking care of yourself and your family.
