Hi everyone,

I'm going to be holding a vigil beginning Thursday evening, extending over the intense coming days for those in Cyclone Alfred's path.

I'll be lighting a perpetual candle and sending prayers and healing to all those affected.

If anyone is interested in joining me, we can come together through our mutual prayers and healing for protection, comfort and a collective request for Archangel Michael's protection for everyone involved.

"Please dearest Michael, you have protected and guided me for many years, please protect and make your presence felt to those filled with anxiety and fear.

Hi Everyone,

I'm always so happy when the Sun card appears during my morning ritual of drawing cards after prayer and medtition.

And today I felt I really wanted to share it with you.

The Sun in tarot represents Light shining down upon you and those you love, illuminating those things that are hidden, and also purifying and cleansing those things in need of healing with it's naturally antiseptic rays.

It says all is well!
Enjoy the day.
Shed your concerns and smile.

And if it seems as though a cloud hovers over obscuring it's luminous rays, take heart, the sun will unequivocally shine it's warming light upon your face again.

Hi everyone,

Even though it's overcast in Canberra today, the signs of Spring are everywhere this morning!

And while the Vernal Equinox is still a few weeks away the change of season is unequivocally upon us.

Rainbows are beautiful symbols of destiny and miracles, and the budding and blossoming trees, new beginnings and new life.

As with nature, our lives move through cycles. 'A time to sow and a time to reap'.

Wishing everyone reading this, miricles with the full and beautiful unfolding of their destiny!

And a wonder filled time of new beginnings and new life, as you reap the harvest of your past efforts.

Hi Everyone,

Feeling the fresh, crisp air on my face as I walk around the lake is a wonderfully bracing experience.

It awakens the senses, clears the mind and sharpens the focus.

Add to this the truly amazing scene laid out before me; I am filled with wonder and gratitude!

Truly inspiring.

Watching the mist rising from the lake, I ponder the mutable nature of water.

Such an incredible element. Reliably adaptable.

As we move through, not only the change of season, but also the ascendancy into a new era, it's an opportune time to reflect on our individual and collective ability to be reliably adaptable.

To do that with any degree of confidence or stability, we must reach into the depths of our eternal and unchanging nature and use it to adapt to this ever changing world.

By being seated in what's unchanging, we can face the many changes life is presenting us at this very auspicious time.

So, if you find yourself being challenged to transform, transmute and adapt, this blessing is for you:

May you find an anchor in your Divine nature, may you float and glide through the changing atmospheres you encounter and may you become comfortable in the spaces in-between.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share this photo of a most beautiful sunrise I experienced here in Canberra, just a few weeks ago.

What an expansive and uplifting way to begin the day.

And what a beautiful metaphor of the sun beaming through a bank of looming clouds.

So often though, in these intense and fractured times, it can seem as though people are walking around with their head in their own personal metaphorical cloud!

And in fact, to those of us who can perceive energy, that is exactly what appears to be going on!

There is a great awakening taking place!

For those who are unprepared or unaware it has, in many cases, turned things on their heads.

In my practice I'm finding more and more people are not only questioning beliefs they've held quite comfortably in previous times, but more than that, find them inadequate to face the particular challenges of our current day and age.

More and more things that were once taken for granted, now hold an entirely different meaning.

This can create not only confusion but, also a sense of loss for an age, apparently now gone by.

So, I would like to say to anyone reading this who might relate to these observations:

Don't despair.

Reach upward toward the Divine, draw in the Light, and radiate it out to dissolve the heavy clouds of fear.

These are challenging times and they call for persistence, resilience, inner strength and prudence.

So I offer to you this blessing

May you be persistent in holding on to love, resilient in the face of futility, grounded in inner strength and prudent in all of your decisions.

Hi everyone,

I hope all of you enjoyed a loving and peaceful beginning of this New Year and that you're feeling positive and hopeful about what it will bring.

As we move further into the year it's likely that we'll face difficulties at times, particularly if we're dealing with deflated enthusiasm or even disappointment.

Plans may go awry, and confidence in our ability to make plans may wane. During moments such as these it'll be important to maintain a positive mind and a loving heart.

In fact I would go further to say, "it's vital' during these moments not to lose heart!

These are the moments when life is testing our resolve to choose the thoughts we allow to influence our experiences.

And, if during these challenges we can maintain our equilibrium and gravitate towards the positive, then we are claiming Self Mastery.

We are choosing our perspective.

In these moments we can let love guide our hearts and hope rule our minds.

We can choose to hold onto hope and love and nourish, not only ourselves, but all those around us too.

We can choose to create an atmosphere of hope and love wherever we are, and by doing so transform not only our experience, but the experience of everyone we encounter.

So I wish you all:

Wellness

Hope

Love

Positivity

And an abundance of Love & Blessings each and every day.

Hi everyone,

As this year draws to a close many of us will be reflecting on the experiences we will be leaving behind us, and what awaits in 2022!

I feel it's important for us to remember how influential our thoughts still are, even though it appears we have lost a substantial amount of our autonomy.

We are always creating. Each and every thought we hold is doing something even though our bodies may have to follow externally imposed regulations.

So a really worthwhile question to ask ourselves is, 'what is the quality of my thoughts?'

Am I allowing my mind to run on ceaselessly following rules, organising activities or making 'tentative plans for the future'?

As we each ready ourselves to move into the New Year, it might be helpful to take some time to decide how we can approach an uncertain time with inner certainty.

If we move our thoughts to the big picture and to our eternal nature, we can make commitments to ourselves about how we would like to comport ourselves in times that are new and unfamiliar to us all.

We can ask ourselves, 'have I forgotten who I am as an autonomous spiritual being'?

And, 'am I taking responsibility for my own decisions and finding peace in that power'?

However it is that you decide to approach the coming year, I hope that you walk into it with Power, Grace and Peace.

And I ask that the New Year bring to you an abundance of blessings.

Hi everyone,

As together we embark on very new ways of conducting our lives, I truly hope you're experiencing, as I have been, an increasing feeling of possibility and hopefulness.

As a part of these monumental changes I've moved to Evatt, after having lived on the South Side for 30 years.

It's hard for me to believe, but I've now been living in Canberra longer than my home town of Sydney.
