What makes here. different?

We all understand the importance of exercising, eating well, and taking care of our physical health, but very few of us are taught how to care for our minds in the same way. That’s where we come in.

Our psychologists take a holistic approach to wellbeing. We want to understand all the factors that make you, you, your experiences, relationships, lifestyle, nervous system, and environment, not just the symptoms that brought you in.

We’ve created a warm, approachable space where therapy feels human. Whether you join us for a telehealth session from the comfort of home, settle into our beautiful Acton studio with a cup of tea in hand, or take part in a walk-and-talk session immersed in nature, our goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen.

Our team is made up of highly qualified and experienced psychologists who are deeply passionate about helping people navigate life with more clarity, self-understanding, and care. We believe therapy should feel relatable, collaborative, and grounded in connection.

We offer:
• telehealth sessions
• in-studio appointments
• walk-and-talk therapy sessions in nature

In this fast paced, technology driven world, learning to slow down is imperative to our mental health and wellbeing.

When we become stressed, our brain tends to switch into its default mode of fixating on the past or worrying about the future, and it becomes difficult to find our way back to the present.

Our skilled psychologists are experts in wellbeing of the brain. They help you let go and learn to be more present. When we slow down and become mindful, we unlock the key to living a more rich and meaningful life. Hit the link in our bio to book your psychology session. ✌🏼

It’s getting cold folks! 🥶

As we transition into the cooler months it’s essential to take of ourselves. Autumn and winter symbolise a natural slowing down, a time for introspection, rest, and renewal. Instead of pushing forward with new plans, this season invites us to pause, recharge, and realign with ourselves.

To support your mental well-being during this shift, here are three simple yet powerful practices:

🍂Honour rest and reflection:
embrace the slower pace by allowing yourself more time to rest, journal, or engage in quiet activities that bring you peace. This season is an opportunity to turn inward and nurture your inner world.

🍂Create cozy rituals:
as daylight fades earlier, find comfort in small, intentional rituals. Light candles, sip on herbal teas, or wrap yourself in warm blankets. Building moments of coziness into your day can provide a sense of stability and calm.

🍂Stay active and connected:
while the colder months can encourage hibernation, movement and social connection remain important for us. Gentle yoga, stretching, or mindful walks can support both physical and mental well-being. Check in with friends, join a community group, or schedule regular chats with loved ones to maintain a sense of connection.

Do you have any other practices or rituals you for yourself?

In a world that’s always moving, it’s easy to feel like you need to keep up by doing more. But what if slowing down while embracing small adventures could be the key to better well-being?

We believe in the power of slowing down and being mindful—taking time to breathe, connect, and be present. But we also know that a little adventure, done mindfully, can bring a fresh boost to your mental and physical health.

Adventure doesn’t always have to mean extreme activities. It can be something as simple as exploring a new part of town, trying a new hobby, or enjoying a quiet moment in nature. Studies show that these types of experiences can improve well-being by building confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose, all while helping us slow down and appreciate the present.

When combined with mindfulness, adventure isn’t about rushing from one thing to the next, but about fully experiencing each moment. Whether it’s hiking in the mountains or kayaking on a calm lake, these activities allow us to be present, recharge, and reconnect with ourselves.

Nature also plays a vital role in this process. Spending time outdoors reduces stress and boosts mood, helping us feel grounded and rejuvenated.

So, if you want to elevate your well-being, try slowing down, being mindful, and embracing a little adventure. It’s not about doing more—but experiencing more in the moment.

At here. we believe looking after your brain is just as important as looking after your body.

Most of us know the value of regular exercise and eating well. But sometimes it’s hard to give our brain the same kind of care. That’s where we come in.

Accessing psychological support quickly and easily, especially when you need it most, is getting harder. Long waitlists and limited availability are making it more difficult than it should be to see a psychologist in person.

That’s why more and more people are turning to online psychology.

Why choose Telehealth?

Accessibility:
You’re not limited by geography or waitlists. Access a wider range of psychologists, no matter where you live. It’s ideal if you live in a rural or remote area, have mobility challenges, or simply prefer to stay home.

Comfort and Privacy:
You can log in from wherever you feel most at ease. Whether that’s your bedroom, your car, or your couch, you’re in control of your space. It can help you open up and feel more comfortable, and no one has to know you’re in a session.

Anytime Support:
You don’t need to factor in travel time or waiting rooms. You can chat on your lunch break, after dinner, or while bub is sleeping. Therapy that fits around your life, not the other way around.

Research shows that Telehealth therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions. Our psychologists bring the same level of care, attention, and evidence-based support no matter how you choose to meet.

Whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go, we’re here to support you. No compromises, just real therapy when you need it most.

Our experienced telehealth psychologists are available as early as next week. Ready to get started?

Your brain will thank you.✌🏼

At Here, we believe looking after your mind extends beyond the therapy room. We often think of support as something that happens in conversation, but healing can also live in the quieter moments: in the way a space feels, in the rituals that help you arrive, in the small pauses that invite your nervous system to settle.

This is why we serve beautiful Mayde Tea to our clients ~ a soft place to land.

Created by Naturopath & Nutritionist Kate Dalton, Mayde Tea is grounded in a deep respect for the healing properties of plants. What began as a personal journey into plant-based medicine has become a collection designed to support simple, daily rituals of wellbeing. 🫖🌿
