10 things to do with your daughter while she still reaches for you..

1. Take her on little “just us” dates.
It doesn’t have to be big—an ice cream, a walk, a pedi trip, a quick coffee stop.
It’s in these ordinary moments she learns she has your attention and your presence.

2. Let her talk without needing to fix it. No advice. No rushing to solve. Just listen.
That’s how she learns it’s safe to bring you her world.

3. Teach her what isn’t always taught in school.
Boundaries.
Self-trust.
That quiet inner knowing when something doesn’t feel right.

4. Remind her to listen inward.
Life won’t always come with clear signs or warnings.
But her intuition? That’s her anchor.

5. Let her see you be human. Let her see the messy moments. Let her hear “I’m sorry.”
She doesn’t need perfection—she needs honesty.

6. Create something that’s just yours together.
A night time walk & talk. A bedtime ritual. A Sunday treat. Something steady she can count on.
Because consistency feels like safety.

7. Take the photos. Create the memories.
One day she’ll wish she could see herself
the way you see her.

8. Step into her world.
Let her show you her passions, interest & join in

9. Speak to who she is.
Not just what she achieves.

Pregnancy changes your body in so many ways and sometimes the yoga poses that once felt great just don’t anymore.

In prenatal yoga we adapt poses so they support your body, your breath and your growing baby. The use of a chair or wall can be so helpful ❤️

From tiny hands wrapped around my finger to confident steps into the world — seven years of growth, learning, and becoming you.

I am so proud of the girl you are and so excited for who you are growing into.

I remember some of the earlier days I wish the harder moments would hurry along… yet I know I’ll never get this version of you again. The version of growth & wonder!!

Then all the bum shuffling, “cuggle” saying & messy eating, morning snuggles moments.

Holding it all at once — the letting go and the holding close.

GIVE IT A GO!!

While my hubby is overseas & I can’t make my morning gym session, I’m starting every day with a new movement before the kids wake up.
A week doing so & I feel amazing and ready to take on each day ❤️
