Looking for a quiter mind? less pain, more ease?
At vitalyoga Pam teaches Hatha yoga skills for physical well-being, mental resilience and inner peace. You will feel stronger, calmer, more stable, energetic and joyful! I help people to move with less pain, to find ease, and a sense of harmony within a balanced self, especially in an aging body. Yoga can do all this! Healthy aging is an excellent goal.
I completed IYTA yoga teaching Diploma in 2001, and ever since then have studied to further my knowledge and expertise. Post Grad Dip in Yoga for back care, Yoga for Pain for those with persistent pain conditions and iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation are my major areas of interest and teaching skill. My interest in Ayurveda and therapy created by slow mindful movement underpins my continuing training with highly regarded teachers such as Richard Miller, Fuyuko Toyota, Kristine Kaoverii Weber, Donna Farhi, Richard Miller, Shiva Rea, to name a few. A dedicated yogi never stops learning!
