🌿 Welcome Bella to Our Team! 🌿

We’re delighted to welcome Bella to the CPC team.

Bella works from an attachment-based, emotion-focused lens, primarily using Schema Therapy to support clients with anxiety, relational difficulties, and complex trauma. She has a strong interest in working with individuals who have experienced emotional and/or narcissistic abuse across relationships, family, or workplace settings.

Her approach is trauma-informed and client-centred, drawing on Schema Therapy, CBT, ACT, and DBT, and she is currently expanding her training in EMDR. Bella works with adolescents (15+) and adults and is completing her Masters of Clinical Psychology bridging program at the University of New England.

We’re so pleased to have Bella join our team 💚

Our hearts are with the Bondi community today.

Everyone at Capital Psychology Clinic is thinking of those who were harmed, those who witnessed what happened, and everyone grieving after last night’s tragedy. We’re also holding close our Bondi and Sydney colleagues who are supporting their communities through an incredibly difficult time.

Events like this can leave people feeling shocked, unsettled, angry, numb, or simply exhausted. There’s no “right” way to respond. As we move into the Christmas period, this can also bring things to the surface or make it harder to feel safe, steady, or joyful.

If you’ve been directly affected, or you’re finding the news is sitting heavily with you, please be gentle with yourself. Reach out to someone you trust, limit exposure to distressing coverage if you need to, and take things one hour at a time.

To the Bondi community, and to anyone across Sydney and Australia feeling this deeply: we’re sending care, strength, and support. You are not alone.

If you need immediate support, please contact Lifeline (13 11 14) or 000 in an emergency.

With warmth,
Capital Psychology Clinic 💛
