To our valued clients,

In order to keep our clients and the public safe from COVID-19 and to continue providing our service we are taking a proactive approach to public safety by observing cleaning and hygiene practices and social distancing measures. We are using technology to maintain social distancing for appointments.

Please do not attend or book an appointment if you:

Have arrived in Australia in the last 14 days

Have been in close contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus in the last 14 days

Are self-isolating

Have any of these symptoms in the last two weeks:

Fever, Flu like symptoms, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath.

Please advise ahead of time if you are immunocompromised.

Please note that the Woden store hours have changed and we will now only be open on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. All calls will also be diverted to the civic shop front.

Contact Lens Orders

Please email or phone the store to order contact lenses if you are a continuing contact lens client or have a current contact lens prescription. Payments can be made over the phone and contact lenses delivered directly to your home.
