Meet Shelley, one of our vibrant chiropractors at Canning Healthcare! 🌟 When she's not busy at work, you'll find her indulging in her favourite hobbies baking 🍰, gardening 🌱, and watching dog videos on Instagram 🐶.

Shelley has a passion for travel ✈️ and loves embracing her inner tourist, often exploring parks with Alexander 🌳. While she doesn’t have any pets just yet, her dream is to have a medium-sized poodle cross one day 🐩.

Shelley's taste buds are adventurous 🍴, enjoying most cuisines and always ready to try something new 🌍. These days she’s all about brunch 🥐 and early pub dinners 🍻, but pre-baby she relished everything from casual bites to fine dining 🍽️. She has a soft spot for a good steak 🥩 with potatoes in any form 🥔, paired perfectly with a glass of red wine 🍷 (for the antioxidants, of course!).

Her culinary delights also include beef cheek lasagne 🍝 and an undeniable love for desserts 🍩 which explains her baking hobby!

When it comes to coffee ☕, she enjoys a soy latte 🥛 or an iced long black 🧊, but her ultimate 'coffee' at the end of the day is a refreshing Margaret River chardonnay 🍇🍾.

Movie nights for Shelley are filled with classics like Mean Girls 💄, Clueless 👠, and Zoolander 😎.

Say hello to Kirsty, our incredible naturopath at Canning Healthcare – your go-to for natural, balanced living and good vibes only!

When she’s not helping you feel your best from the inside out, you’ll likely find her skiing down slopes, running, doing yoga, or getting hands-on with her latest renovation project ⛷️‍♀️‍♀️‍♂️‍♀️‍♂️.

She’s a foodie at heart – her faves totally depend on her mood, but she loves cooking for others, especially hearty salads filled with homegrown greens and slow-cooked meats 🥗🥩. No pets, but her garden is full of birds and fresh herbs – the perfect little oasis. Her morning ritual? A long mac topped up with oat milk and collagen powder, sipped slowly in the garden before a busy day ☕️🌿✨.

Her screen time changes with her mood too – anything from renovation and cooking shows to her fashion fave: S*x & the City. She’s all about the vintage fashion and loves finding treasures that make old feel new again. Recycling with style – just like her holistic approach to health!

Her favourite meal is a delicious Chicken Parmigiana 🍗, and she starts her day with a perfect flat white ☕️. For movie nights, Christie is a big fan of the Underworld Series 🎬.
